Wears is built on a simple principle: your wardrobe data belongs to you. We collect only what we need to run the app, we never sell your data, and we give you full control over what you share.

When you use Wears, we may collect the following:

• Account information: Your email address when you create an account.
• Wardrobe data: Garment details, purchase prices, wear logs, and photos you add to the app.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous, aggregated data about how features are used — to improve the product. We use PostHog for this.
• Device information: Basic device type and OS version for crash reporting and compatibility.
• Waitlist email: If you join the waitlist, we store your email to notify you at launch. Nothing else.

• —We never sell your data to third parties.
• —We never use your data for advertising.
• —We never share your wardrobe or purchase data without your explicit consent.
• —We don't use data brokers or ad networks.

Wardrobe data is stored on your device by default. iCloud sync is opt-in — you choose whether to enable it.

If you create an account, your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, hosted in the EU. We apply encryption at rest and in transit.

You have the right to:

• —Access all data we hold about you.
• —Export your wardrobe data at any time (CSV/PDF from the app).
• —Delete your account and all associated data permanently.
• —Opt out of analytics at any time from app settings.

• Supabase: Database and authentication. EU-hosted. Privacy-compliant.
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase management. Processes subscription data.
• PostHog: Anonymous product analytics. No personally identifiable data.
• Apple: App Store distribution. Subject to Apple's privacy policies.

Wears is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe we have collected such data in error, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify waitlist members and registered users by email before the change takes effect. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
