Privacy Policy — CanTune

This Privacy Policy describes how Flores Studios ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CanTune application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account data

CanTune offers two ways to use the App:

  • ·Email sign-in: if you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored in encrypted form).
  • ·Anonymous sign-in: you can also use the App without providing any personal information. In this case, we only store a randomly generated identifier to keep your data associated with your device.

Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

1.2 Microphone and voice analysis

CanTune uses your device's microphone for its vocal tuner and vocal range test. Audio is processed in real time to detect the pitch of your voice; we do not store your voice recordings. Only the results of the analysis (e.g. your vocal range — lowest and highest notes — and tuning session results) are saved.

1.3 App data

Your vocal range results, tuning history, and the key recommendations generated for your songs are stored in a secure database managed by Supabase, associated with your account (email or anonymous).

We do not currently collect location data or share your data with any other third party.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Third Parties with Access to Your Data

Supabase is subject to its own privacy policy and to data processing agreements that ensure appropriate handling of your information.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We apply strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • ·Your account, vocal range results, tuning history, and key recommendations are retained for as long as your account is active.
  • ·Voice audio is processed on the fly and never stored.
  • ·To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email address listed at the end of this document. We will delete or anonymize all your personal data from our systems within 30 business days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may exercise the following rights:

  • ·Access: request a copy of your personal data.
  • ·Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • ·Erasure: request deletion of your information.
  • ·Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • ·Objection: object to certain types of processing.

7. Children

CanTune is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when necessary. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by email at least 15 days in advance.
