By downloading, installing, or using any Flores Studio application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

·Copy, modify, or distribute our apps or their content
·Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
·Use our apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
·Sell, rent, or sublicense access to our apps

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

·Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
·All activity that occurs under your account
·Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available through paid subscriptions ("Pro"). By subscribing:

·You authorize the applicable store (Apple App Store or Google Play) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
·Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
·Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within our applications are the exclusive property of Flores Studio or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flores Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our apps.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the apps ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
