Privacy Policy — QuickSpend

This Privacy Policy describes how Flores Studio ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the QuickSpend application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account data
To create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored in encrypted form). This process is handled by Supabase Auth.
1.2 Expense data
The records you add in the App (category, amount, date, and optional notes) are stored in a secure database managed by Supabase. We do not connect to your bank or access any external banking or financial account information.
1.3 Usage analytics
We use PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example, which features are used and how often). This data contains no expense records or personally identifiable information, and is used solely to improve the App.
1.4 Subscriptions and purchases
Paid subscriptions (QuickSpend Pro) are managed by RevenueCat in conjunction with Apple's App Store. RevenueCat receives information about your subscription status and purchase history. We do not store or process credit card data; that is handled directly by Apple.
2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
3. Third Parties with Access to Your Data

All these providers are subject to their own privacy policies and to data processing agreements that ensure appropriate handling of your information.
4. Storage and Security
Data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We apply strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- ·Your expense data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- ·You can delete your account at any time from the App's settings. Within 30 business days we will delete or anonymize all your personal data from our systems.
- ·Anonymous analytics data collected by PostHog contains no personal information and cannot be deleted on an individual basis.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may exercise the following rights:
- ·Access: request a copy of your personal data.
- ·Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- ·Erasure: request deletion of your information.
- ·Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format (CSV).
- ·Objection: object to certain types of processing.

7. Children
QuickSpend is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when necessary. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by email at least 15 days in advance.
