Privacy Policy — Rumbo

This Privacy Policy describes how Flores Studios ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rumbo application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account data

Rumbo offers two ways to use the App:

  • ·Email sign-in: if you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored in encrypted form).
  • ·Anonymous sign-in: you can also use the App without providing any personal information. In this case, we only store a randomly generated identifier to keep your data associated with your device.

Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

1.2 Habit data

The habits you track in the App — habit names, completion records, streaks, and notes — are stored in a secure database managed by Supabase, associated with your account (email or anonymous).

1.3 AI analysis

To generate insights about your habits, we send your habit data (habit names and completion history, never your email or account credentials) to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use data submitted through its API to train its models.

We do not currently collect location data or share your data with any other third party.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Third Parties with Access to Your Data

These providers are subject to their own privacy policies and to data processing agreements that ensure appropriate handling of your information.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We apply strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • ·Your account and habit data are retained for as long as your account is active.
  • ·To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email address listed at the end of this document. We will delete or anonymize all your personal data from our systems within 30 business days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may exercise the following rights:

  • ·Access: request a copy of your personal data.
  • ·Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • ·Erasure: request deletion of your information.
  • ·Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • ·Objection: object to certain types of processing.

7. Children

Rumbo is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when necessary. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by email at least 15 days in advance.
